Developing the leadership behaviour of young team leaders towards their colleagues

 Client specifications

  • Clarification for and support of executives in training their new role, discussion of the different role requirements for a new executive;
  • Identify and learn to use personal differences in working behaviour;
  • Providing a toolbox for professional staff management (accompany, motivate, delegate, support and demand).

 Project realisation

  • Carrying out the 1 - and 2-day workshops with transfer phases between the modules for 30 team leaders;
  • Integration of a personality typology for clarification of own behavioural preferences
  • Diagnosing and optimising own management behaviour by means of the Hersey/Blancard management style analysis
